Our Story
Pets Pantry has been a local independent business in Cranleigh for very nearly 50 years!
The current owners took on the business in the summer of 2025. We moved it in alongside our existing “Ignition Fires" Fireplaces and Stoves business at the far end of Littlemead Industrial Estate on the Alfold Road in Cranleigh. It has been quietly running up to speed for nearly a year now (time flies!)
Like so many other people we were thrilled when Jeanette agreed to come with the business when it moved. Jeanette really is "Pets Pantry” through and through, having managed the shop for more than 20 years. You’ll normally find her in the store most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But we are open 6 days a week - 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday - just closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Our Products
During the last year we have substantially increased our range and stocks whilst focusing on what our customers want and need. We have seen an increased demand for frozen raw food and now have 6 freezers with more brands and more stock than ever before.
We continue to offer a local delivery service using our own team and own vehicles.
We are very excited to welcome e-commerce which we hope will make life easier for customers in Cranleigh and the surrounding villages, and enable us to serve customers from a wider area too. It also means you can order for "click and collect” and check what we have in stock 24 hours a day.
Of course we are a bricks and mortar shop first and foremost - so we very much hope you will still come into the shop for a browse and our favourite days are when you bring your four legged friends in to choose a treat or a new toy (or bed!). There is always a bonus biscuit or treat on hand!
