Ordering
We have the most popular products on our website, but we have a lot more in store so please let us know if you would like to see something offered online for your convenience. We can also consider items that we don't supply if you are looking to get it regularly from us. Contact us here.

At present we only accept orders for items that are in stock, but if there is a products online with no stock or insufficient stock let us know and we can check lead time and current price for you (occasionally when a product is not in stock the price on the website may have changed since the last time we had it in stock).

Free Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to all customers within 10 mile radius of our store.

We have two bands - those within 3 miles of the shop, and those between 3 and 10 miles from the shop.

If you are within 3 miles and you spend at least £40 delivery is free.
If you are within 3 miles and the order is less than £40 we charge £4 for delivery.
If you are more than 3 miles but less than 10 miles then the minimum order value is £75 for free delivery, and we charge £7 delivery for smaller orders.
This includes Cranleigh, Ewhurst, Rudgwick, Shamley Green, Wonersh, Dunsfold, Alfold, Loxwood, Ifold, Rowhook, Bramley, Peaslake, Abinger, Holmbury, Forest Green, Walliswood, Ockley, Capel, Dorking, North Holmwood, South Holmwood, Beare Green, Coldharbour, Westcott, Shere, Gomshall, Albury, Chilworth.

The wider band includes Guildford, Dorking, Godalming, Horsham, Billingshurst.

Click & Collect
This option allows you to quickly select your items and pay online at any time of the day or night so that it is ready for you to pick up quickly in store.

Coming into the store can be useful as you may find something else that you had forgotten about and it's always lovely to see our customers (and their four legged friends) face to face! You can also let us know if there is anything more we can do to help like getting more of your favourite products online.

Frozen Food
Frozen Raw food is best sold for Click & Collect so you can get it straight home and into the freezer. We can deliver but this needs to be arranged carefully with a phone call or in store.

Carrier Deliveries
Deliveries beyond 10 miles away will normally be fulfilled using a carrier (within 10 miles will normally be with our own team). Orders under £70 are charged at £7 and over £70 are free.

Lead Time
We aim to get all orders delivered as soon as possible after receipt. This means within 3-5 working days, and it will often be within 1-2 days. If it is urgent please email or call, or leave a message in the delivery instructions box on the website form. We're a small business and we will always do our very best to accommodate.
