How do I find Pets Pantry?
If you know Cranleigh, then we’re not far from the One Stop Shop and the Humpback bridge with the traffic lights.
Head down the Alfold Road and turn into the Littlemead industrial Estate. Drive down to the far end and park in our Car Park. We are in the red brick building with signs for Pets Pantry and Ignition Fires.
If you use What3Words then head for tiger.dressings.blackbird
Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery to all customers within 10 mile radius of our store. We have two bands - those within 3 miles of the shop, and those between 3 and 10 miles from the shop.
If you are within 3 miles and you spend at least £40 delivery is free. If the order is less than £40 we charge £4 for delivery.
If you are more than 3 miles but less than 10 miles then the minimum order value is £75 for free delivery, and we charge £7 delivery for smaller orders.
This includes Cranleigh, Ewhurst, Rudgwick, Shamley Green, Wonersh, Dunsfold, Alfold, Loxwood, Ifold, Rowhook, Bramley, Peaslake, Abinger, Holmbury, Forest Green, Walliswood, Ockley, Capel, Dorking, North Holmwood, South Holmwood, Beare Green, Coldharbour, Westcott, Shere, Gomshall, Albury, Chilworth.
The wider band includes Guildford, Dorking, Godalming, Horsham, Billingshurst.
Orders beyond this 10 mile radius can be despatched on a carrier and will attract a small delivery charge of £7 if below £70. This will be available online in the coming weeks, but if not yet showing on the website please get in touch and we can sort this for you.
Do you deliver Frozen Raw Food?
We prefer Frozen food to be ordered on "Click and collect” basis, but we are happy to arrange deliveries on a case by case basis - generally for Cranleigh and the local villages. We have some existing customers that we have always delivered Frozen food to and we are happy to continue those arrangements. We just need to make sure we have arrangements in place so the food will not defrost - so please give us a ring or drop us an email and we can arrange this.
Do you have free parking in Cranleigh?
Yes, we are at the back of Littlemead Industrial Estate, past the One Stop Shop and have plenty of free parking.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to process your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with further information depending on whether you have chosen to get your items delivered or click and collect.
Do you do dog treats in bulk?
Yes, we have a variety of dog treats in bulk bags for your convenience. Useful if you have multiple dogs or own a pub, cafe or shop where you hand out treats to your doggie guests.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for orders over £40 within 3 miles, or over £70 if more than 3 miles from the store. Read full information here regarding frozen food and minimum spend.
Can I order online and pickup from the store?
Absolutely, order online any time - day or night when it is convenient for you and we will let you know when it is ready to pick up. Park up for free right outside our door and grab your order ready to go.
